This Crowne Plaza is probably the worse in the world. Very bad staff, dirty room and expensive. Last but not least, the hotel charge de price twice! Completely desorganized administration. I'll never come back there again.
The head board had stains all over it and the carpet was wet beside the bed.
Nice and Clean. Quick access to major highway and the city
It appeared that some of the people staying at the hotel were long term guests...The person next to my room stayed up until 2:00am every night and was very loud. If I was staying longer I would have requested a different room.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The hot breakfast was very nice. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the pool or the fitness area but it look very clean and modern.
We only had one problem and that was at check in when we were told the room I had booked (the executive room with 2 full beds and a pull out sofa) did not come with the pullout sofa. There were four of us staying in the one room so the only reason for me booking that room was for the sleep sofa. The Crowne Plaza blamed Booked.net for having incorrect information on the website and Booked.net blamed the Crowne Plaza for giving them the wrong information to enter on the website. The Crowne Plaza gave us a cot instead but no refund on the extra money I paid for the room. The wrong information is still listed on Booked.net so beware that the executive room with the 2 full beds does not come with a pullout sofa.
The breakfast was wonderful and made the stay great value.
The double beds were a bit small for sharing and the hotel was quite far from tthe centre (there was a lot of traffic so it took a long time)
I stayed on the all women floor and I felt very safe. I would auggest these hotel for any women that travel alone.
Great location, friendly staff, room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was a group of screeming teens on our floor - I called the front desk and they immediatley took care of the situation. I would use the hotel again.
Very clean, helpful staff, wonderful workout room and hottub. Facility is showing its age and needs some refurbishing, but overall it was a good experience.
NEED a bigger sign out by the road so out of towners can find you.
Very old hotel .. The room service is avarage
Comfortable bed, nice room, friendly staff, swimming pool, location. Nice hotel without being sparse on the one hand or over-the-top on the other hand.
Concierge's directions to nj were misleading.
The bed was excelent, the size of the room was excelent ,
In relation to the advertisment for save water I left my bath towel on the hanger but they changed every day.
The friendliness of the staff.
The lack of security in the car park - on one night during our stay four cars belonging to other guests, and parked in the official car park in front of the hotel, were broken into and had items stolen.
The staff was professional and helpeful
Location, the pool
The room was a bit overpriced (perhaps due to the Made in America concert occurring in Philly that weekend). The room had a slight musty odor and the bath tub drain was clogged with hair.
Location and nearby options to lunch and dine
In two nights I stayed there, not even once the house keeping service came to my room, my bed was never made, the bathroom was never cleaned nor anything I would have expected. Very disapointing.
